Thank you to Algar Rother and her team for their outstanding support over the past 1 ½ years during the restructuring of BD&L. They helped us establish the new structure for our teams, led the virtual launch, and facilitated the development of the group and individuals toward greater self-reliance through team-building sessions. The entire process was very successful in a virtual setting. We greatly appreciated the “all-staff culture”—meaning that the entire team was part of the change process and was able to contribute their ideas and needs through various interactions and self-reflection sessions.
