Nora Haager

About Nora Haager:

Born and raised in Pforzheim, Nora first studied medicine after her Abitur, then psychology with a focus on business and personnel psychology at the Technical University of Darmstadt and the University of Hertfordshire, Great Britain. While still a student, she trained as a systemic coach in order to gain some „practical experience“ after graduation.

She not only loves the depth of 1:1 accompaniment, but also the variety of large projects. She started her professional career at a management consultancy with a focus on human resources. The main focus of her work projects and formats – from leadership development, team development and mission statement development to complex change management. Among other things, she managed several successive transformation projects at an international global player in the retail sector with the aim of redefining leadership roles in and sales and to qualify the managers accordingly. Her own her own leadership responsibility during this time has had a lasting impact on her understanding of leadership and has changed it. She knows about the great influence on the company’s success and today passes on precisely this knowledge to her customers.

After almost 4 years of consulting, Nora changed sides and worked as a Leadership & Learning Consultant in the internal development of personnel and executives for an international automotive and industrial supplier. Here she was responsible for the international management development and most recently as project manager for the development of a new corporate mission statement with the involvement of all hierarchies, divisions and locations. Today she helps her clients precisely in turning leadership principles, team norms and mission statements on glossy brochures into lived reality. Nora has been her own boss since 2019 and works as a consultant and trainer at Rother’s, among other things. She loves to help people,  teams and organizations on their transformation journey towards more authenticity, connection, passion and power. Then success follows automatically.
