After studying business administration at the Universities of Mannheim and Hohenheim, Algar Rother worked for the consulting company “IFAO AG” and was responsible for major projects to “lean management” and “lean production” for several years. In 1996 she founded the partner company Rother & Partner and since October 2013, she is the sole managing director of Algar Rother Coaches & Consultants.
As an independent consultant she has accompanied numerous change projects at the cutting edge of human resources and organizational development and has extensive experience with a variety of training and consulting approaches. She has developed many of her own innovative concepts and methods and authored the W.E.R.T.®-model, which won the silver medal at the International Training Award of BDVT in the year 2010 and has been successfully applied in many companies as a human resources and organizational development concept since then.
