About Katharina Lang:

Katharina is a solution-oriented big thinker who loves to develop visions together with others and to translate them into realizable strategies. She does this with a lot of optimism, decisiveness, and structure. Her deep conviction that every human being longs for effectiveness and connection helps her not to lose sight of the individual, but to include and motivate them in developments and changes.

She already dealt with the topics of leadership, teamwork, and communication during her studies, then she found her niche in supporting executives and teams in order to make the (working) world a little bit better. Successful communication and meaningful cooperation are the top priority, the systemic view of the organization and entrepreneurial thinking are the prerequisites for all decisions.

As a passionate host, Katharina sees all gatherings of people (whether in individual coaching or in large group workshops) as an opportunity for meaningful encounters and development. She engages in her role as a facilitator in a very authentic, humorous and appreciative, but always goal-oriented manner. A large variety of methods, quick perception, intuition and understanding of the customer system are the basis of her work.
