About Alexandra Trautmann:
Alexandra was born in Frankfurt am Main and spent her childhood and youth in the Rhine-Main region. After completing her training-integrated studies at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (Bachelor of Business Administration), she first worked as a management consultant at an international bank.
Fascinated by the question of what keeps people, teams or systems healthy, agile and efficient – especially in a dynamic environment – Alexandra specialized in promoting resilience in organizations. After completing her MBA at the University of Oxford in 2006, she led organizational and strategic projects as a project manager for a European retail company. Since 2012, she has expanded her professional experience from operational leadership roles and internal consulting to include assignments as an external organizational developer, trainer and executive coach. Alexandra combines a broad business expertise in the areas of strategy, lean management, corporate development and change management with psychological knowledge and coaching expertise. Alexandra has a great passion for multicultural assignments, having worked with international, cross-functional and distributed teams since the beginning of her career.
Alexandra loves to develop high-impact learning architectures to support high-potential talents, employees and leaders to succeed in dynamic environments – for example in the context of hybrid work environments, organizational resilience or agility. She is also very passionate about supporting transformations and cultural change in organizations.
Her many years of experience in coaching, facilitation and training in combination with business and change management know-how make her very adaptable in using these different roles in a situational and flexible way. As a coach, trainer and consultant, Alexandra stands for keeping mindfulness and result orientation in balance. She combines good listening skills with a wide range of methods, thanks to her digital competence, both in face-to-face settings and in virtual or hybrid set-ups.
