Nach ihrem Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre an den Universit\u00e4ten Mannheim und Hohenheim arbeitete Algar Rother mehrere Jahre f\u00fcr die Beratungsfirma IFAO AG und verantwortete dort gro\u00dfe Projekte zu \u201eLean Management\u201c und \u201eLean Production\u201c. 1996 gr\u00fcndete sie die Partnergesellschaft Rother & Partner, seit Oktober 2013 ist sie alleinige Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin von Algar Rother Coaches & Consultants.<\/p>\n

Als selbst\u00e4ndige Beraterin hat sie mit ihren Teams zahlreiche Ver\u00e4nderungsprojekte an der Nahtstelle von Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung begleitet und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber umfangreiche Erfahrung mit einer Vielzahl von Trainings- und Beratungsans\u00e4tzen. Sie hat viele innovative eigene Konzepte und Methoden entwickelt und ist Autorin des W.E.R.T.\u00ae-Modells<\/a>, das 2010 die Silbermedaille beim Internationalen Trainingspreis des BDVT gewann und seither in vielen Unternehmen erfolgreich als Personal- und Organisationsentwicklungskonzept angewendet wird.<\/p>\n

Wandel erfordert Leadership. F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte profitieren von einem Sparringpartner, der als Diskussionspartner auf Augenh\u00f6he zur Verf\u00fcgung steht und ihnen im Ver\u00e4nderungsprozess pers\u00f6nlich zur Seite steht.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Seit Jahren agiert Algar Rother daher gleichzeitig als Executive Coach im Topmanagement. Durch einen einzigartigen Mix aus jahrelanger Praxiserfahrung und gezielten Weiterbildungsma\u00dfnahmen im Bereich Systemische Beratung und Coaching ist sie heute eine gefragte Expertin f\u00fcr Executive Coaching.<\/p>\n

Ein besonderes Anliegen ist ihr das von ihr ins Leben gerufene Netzwerk f\u00fcr Topmanagerinnen Female Business Intelligence (FBI)<\/a>.<\/p>\n
