About Jose-Angel Mambrino Ratón:

His Italian and Spanish roots, combined with his northern German mentality, made Jose already as a child an astonished observer of expressive southern European (extended) family celebrations to taciturn rounds of skat in the biotope of a northern German allotment garden club.

The ability to adapt, to move in different cultures with unwritten rules and to understand rather than judge human behavior was to prove extremely useful in his later role as a consultant for leadership and change.  After studying economics, Jose worked for 15 years in various management positions in the international environment of the food and paper industry. The affinity to start new things and to move people and organizations accompanied him during his time as a manager and subsequently as a freelance consultant.

As a leader, Jose learned how to manage time, resources and goals. As a consultant, he understands that change and transformation can only take place successfully if the responsibles are also able to moderate fears, conflicts and interests. The systemic and intercultural perspective he brings to organizations as a consultant, coupled with his clear way of working when he develops and implements change projects together with clients, are what set Jose apart. His attitude has always remained the same: The curiosity to understand people and not to judge them, regardless of whether in a northern German allotment association or in international corporations.
